Use of Constant Buyer services is your acknowledgement and acceptance of our Privacy Policy as well as the Constant Buyer Terms of Use Agreement. Should you not agree to be bound by them, please do not register with this service.
Constant Buyer takes every precaution to protect your privacy; however we cannot guarantee that your information will not be disclosed to third parties in ways not described in this policy due to technical and legal issues beyond our control. In the event that we are required, Constant Buyer must comply with court orders, requests from government agencies, law enforcement, government officials and other legal processes that may require us to disclose your information.
This policy expressly reflects Constant Buyer policies and practices with respect to the services that we provide via our website. It does not reflect the practices of any website we may provide links to, and you are encouraged to read any third parties privacy policy and/or terms of use agreement prior to registering with them.
Constant Buyer will never sell the information that you provide to us. Your information will be visible only to individuals who are made administrators of the organizations, groups, or teams that you are a member of. We do, based on your decision during the registration process to receive marketing and promotional information, provide third parties with information as to their target market, etc. Should you receive promotional information from a third party, they will, at no time have direct access to your name, phone#, email address, or any other personal information. Promotional information will be sent to you through secured groups. To the extent that the third party requires your information to enable you to use their service, we will notify you of the information that is required. Before you use the service it is your responsibility to evaluate whether you will accept the terms and conditions of the third party and to provide the third party with the information they require. Constant Buyer will not provide any third party with your personal information except for reasons as previously outlined.
During the registration process, information that you provide is used to manage the services you have chosen to opt-in to. Meeting our client’s needs is our # 1 priority and by using your information for analysis, we believe we can customize our services to meet our clients’ needs as they change. Your information may also be used to troubleshoot problems, or resolve issues, to deliver targeted promotions, based on your interests, and as identified by you during the registration process and from time to time, you may be contacted by Constant Buyer directly, to inform you of changes in service, or to provide you with other pertinent information.
If at any time you do not wish to continue to receive messages from Constant Buyer, and if you are a registered user, you can turn message delivery off through your account settings option at any time. If you are not a registered user of Constant Buyer and have been made a member of a an organization, group or team without your consent, please contact the administrator of the team, as it is their responsibility to remove you immediately should you not wish to receive messages. If you do not know the administrator of the team, please send an email to DNC@ConstantBuyer.com and your name will be removed from our system within 24 hours, and the administrator of the team will be notified. Should an administrator be notified more than twice for adding a member to a team without having prior consent, that administrator’s privileges’ will be revoked and their access to the system reviewed.
If at any time you do not wish to continue to receive marketing or promotional information through Constant Buyer, you may turn marketing and promotional delivery off through your account settings option at any time. (At no time will you receive marketing or promotional information unless you are a registered user and have selected the option to do so.)
